The Italian Chamber of Commerce for Switzerland together with 11 other Chambers of Commerce is proud to present the NextGen event:
“The Compass of Success"

Where our sought after guest Paolo Gallo,
Chief Human Resource Officer of the World Economic Forum,
will introduce his recently published book “The Compass of Success: The rules to win while remaining free”
and enlighten the participants about the ways to live and work, doing it on your own terms.

18:00 Doors open;
18:15 Welcome by MC, sponsor, and host;
18:30 Paolo Gallo, Q&A, the famous Open Mic session* and Speed Networking**, Apero;
21:30 Close.
*Open Mic session: Come on stage to ask and receive an answer from the audience.
** Speed Networking: meet 10+ people in 30 minutes.

Note that cancellation is only possible until the end of the business day (18:00) prior to the event (full no-show charge for cancellations after this deadline). To maintain a diverse audience, we may cap the number of participants from any individual company.

Our Honored Guest: Before entering the World Economic Forum Team, Paolo Gallo worked at the World Bank as Chief Learning Officer, and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development as Director of Human Resources. He is also a Certified Transformational Coach and writes articles about career-personal development and  organizational behavior for the World Economic Forum Agenda Blog and Forbes Magazine.
When his agenda is free, he loves reading, travelling and listening to Bruce Springsteen.
